Programme overview

Our coffee desk operates across East African origins where both washed Arabica and Robusta supply chains have real depth. Ethiopian and Kenyan Arabica move as traceable single-origin lots for speciality roasters; Ugandan and Rwandan Robusta supply commercial roasters and instant coffee manufacturers at volume.

Lots are cupped and screen-graded before we commit to delivery terms. Export is coordinated through Mombasa and Djibouti corridors with warehousing discipline that protects cup quality through shipment.

Same rhythm as every other crop — only the calendar and the grading language change.

Operating notes

  • We pre-qualify washing stations and cooperatives and retain cupping samples on every lot.
  • Speciality lots move on vacuum or GrainPro packing to protect cup profile during transit.
  • Commercial Robusta is contracted against ICE differentials with transparent price-fixation mechanics.
