What we do
Trams Global is a private trade group sourcing cocoa, coffee, sesame, cashew, hibiscus, ginger, and spices from West, East, and island African origin. We work with licensed exporters, cooperatives, and qualified processors in twelve-plus origin countries.
Our job is the boring and essential part of the trade — qualify the lot, survey the load, prepare the document pack, book the vessel, and release against payment. We do it the same way on every shipment, for every commodity, across every corridor.
We are not an agri-tech platform, a sourcing marketplace, or a venture-funded aggregator. We are a disciplined trade desk with documented origin depth and a long-horizon relationship book.
Operating group
Trams Global is organised around a single disciplined sourcing desk, with a shipment execution layer around it and a reserved track for selective future capability.
Commodity sourcing desk
Runs the core trade cycle — buyer brief intake, supplier qualification, grade conformity, and shipment control across the seven commodity programmes.
Execution & document layer
Extends the trade desk with shipment milestone tracking, document readiness, and port-level escalation once a contract is on paper.
Selective expansion track
Reserved for adjacent capabilities that strengthen sourcing and execution without diluting operating discipline. Built only if it compounds the core.
